After you sign the Service Agreement and Patient Rights, the agency nurse will inform the staffing coordinator your desire to begin. The Staffing Coordinator will telephone you to introduce herself and give the name of the caregiver who will be serving you. Please give us 24 - 48 hours to choose the most appropriate caregiver to accommodate the times and days you request.
Your caregiver will arrive at your home at their appointed day and time to begin services. The Staffing Coordinator will follow-up to assure the caregiver is present. You will be billed later by mail on a weekly basis.
