Are homecare services covered by Medicare?
Do I need a physician's order?
What makes your company different?
Do you screen your employees?
How can I be sure about Quality Assurance?
What if I am not happy with the service?
No. Medicare will only pay for skilled care. These services are considered non-skilled services. Medicare refuses to pay for on-going daily living activities for disabled or elderly.
No medical authorization or pre-qualification is necessary.
Constant and personal communication with family from the company owners.
A thorough criminal and DMV background check is conducted on all employees. We do not hire persons with a criminal history.
Each caregiver at the beginning of each shift will call our HR line to indicate their presence at the client's home. If our office does not receive this call, then our staffing coordinator will follow-up with the client. Every 60- 90 days, our clinical manager visits each client in their home to observe and assess if services are delivered appropriately.
Our manager will chose another caregiver if the client and first caregiver are not a good match.
Will the same caregiver come each day? YES
